Tired and exhausted.

Everytime when my 6 month old starts coughing, he'll tend to vomit every after feed. I dont know what else to do. Tried to dilute the milk, doesnt work. Gave saline rinse also doesn't work, also tried decreasing the milk intake also doesnt work. Not much meds avail for their age range too. Very tired now.
