Pls help me

Hi everyone..... I'm still at my 1st trimester...... Can I eat any biscuits whenever I get hungry?..... Because I'm getting hungry like every 4 to 5 hours after my last meal....... If can, pls recommend what biscuits can I eat..... Thank you so much....... #pleasehelp #advicepls #1stimemom #firstbaby

hi dear, yes you can. in fact, spread your 3 meals for the whole day. so have 6 small meals instead of 3 big meals to help with the hunger and at the same time to help avoid hvg an empty tummy bc of the morning sickness. try drinking milk once in the morning and once at night as well.
