How to remove Stretch marks?

Hi everyone! Does anyone have any experience on what type of lotion or cream might be able to help lighten or even possibly removal of stretch marks? Have tried using bio oil and Palmers right from start daily but didn't help at all in preventing the stretch marks. Afraid it might be dependent on individual. Thank you in advance !
