Similac mom vs prenatal vitamin

Hi everyone! Just wondering if it’s ok to drink similac mom alone, and not take the prenatal vitamin? Not sure what’s the right procedure here!

Prenatal milk can cause unnecessary weight gain hence GD moms can’t take.. better take calcium supplement + prenatal vitamins
