Similac mom vs prenatal vitamin

Hi everyone! Just wondering if it’s ok to drink similac mom alone, and not take the prenatal vitamin? Not sure what’s the right procedure here!

I think u should take the vitamin as I heard that the milk should not be drank on a daily basis though.. so I take my obimin everyday and then occasionally I will take the milk ..
