Need some opinion :)

Hello everyone, I’m currently at my 2nd trim… with PM Lee’s announcement on relaxation of covid measures this morning… my friends are eager to meet up with me for a gathering with their kids. Although I miss the feeling of meeting friends and having play dates for my child, I am afraid to risk it because of my unborn baby… Should I go ahead with the gathering or reject? Happy to hear opinions from this community :)

Hey, I just posted a similar question. Though I am torn and annoyed by people pressuring me to meet because I did not announce my pregnancy yet since I am in 1st trim, but I have rejected and will continuing rejecting if they continue to push. I think you should reject too if you are worried. 😊

Thanks for sharing and yes, I’ve rejected and my friend continued to push even knowing I’m pregnant 😅 We just need to know what’s our priority - baby and family 😊

I will reject. I wouldn’t want to risk contracting covid during pregnancy which would put my baby at risk and also end of the day, it’s me who suffers.
