Hi everyone ! Just want to know , how do you know if you have enough milk supply in your body ? I’m going to my third trimester and I’m worried. #advicepls #pregnancy

You'll only know once u give birth and start breastfeeding. We know frm the number of wet diapers and baby's weight gain. Nth you can do now during pregnancy. Some moms I know try to eat some milk boosting supplements in the last few weeks of pregnancy for e.g Cashcow frm Legendairy Milk (aft 36 wks only).
