9.5 months baby doesn’t know his name

Hi everyone, my son is 9.5 months old, but he still doesn’t respond to his name when we call him. He can hear noises coz he turns to look at the main door whenever it opens or closes. I read that by this age he should already respond to his name. Should I be concerned? What else can I do to help him?
