I ate pineapple throughout my pregnancy.. 33 weeks soon.. baby healthy and fine. I believe all food should be taken in moderation. Furthermore there is no study that says pineapple will cause miscarriage .. there are people who said pregnant women should not consume durian but my mother in law told me to eat more durian as it's good for the baby..and there are people who said u should drink coconut water in third trimester but both my mom and mother in law said not allow to drink coconut water as it will be too cooling for the body and causes miscarriage .. in the end, you know your body the best of what u should consume and for what purpose.. everything should be taken in moderation ...

they said nenas mudah sahaja.yg bahaya . klu nenas yg dah masak or d masak xbahaya not sure .. just elakkan sahaja kalau bole 🙂
