Cut down on fried, oily , sugary foods / drinks. Avoid supper , if hungry take biscuits / oats etc Take fruits Everyday.

Avoid fried food. Eat same portion but include healthier options.

Reduce ur carbo intake and cut down sugary stuff too.

Prenatal yoga, pilates, walk more
