Blood after urinating

Hi everyone! I'm a first time preggy here (8weeks). Hindi pa po ako nakapag pacheck up kasi takot din kami lumabas. I'd like to ask if anyone suffered/suffering yung after mag pee minsan, may dugo na color pink-red and sometimes brown po na napupunasan ko ng tissue. It's been a week na po na ganyan. Masakit din balakang ko hindi ko mabend. Do I need a check up, ASAP? Thank you.
