Hi everyone. I'm a first time mom. I was diagnosed with alopecia areata (patchy hairloss) before I got pregnant. I was advised by my Obstetrician to stop my scalp injection and topical solutions for the safety of the baby. Is it safe to use organic or herbal remedies for my hair and scalp? Like aloe vera, coconut oil etc. Your opinions are very much appreciated. Thank you. 😊
