Nausea & Feeling Full

hello everyone. im currently going to 11 weeks pregnancy, i am barely coping. i get so nauseous & cant even eat cause my stomach felt full. help pleasee ):

Think you might be feeling bloated. Try to get the gas out by burping. Try sparkling water (+lemon) to burp! Works for me.
