can i take panadol extra ?

hi everyone. im currently 11 weeks pregnant & this is my first pregnancy. im currently having a migraine, can i take panadol extra?

I suffer frm migraines too and it was so hard not to be able to take caffox while pregnant! I took panadol extra a few times before cz the normal one didn't work at all and I was in the middle of teaching a class so no choice! Doc said only take it if it's really really jialat bad. Try to hydrate urself and rest alot if can.
