Oh yes. I went through it too. You feel restless because you realise that your sleeping pattern has change and your mind is telling you otherwise. I tried my best to switch my sleeping patterns by setting alarms during the day and keep my days busy with things to do until i get really tired when its approching the evening time. Ill take warm baths, set up essential lavender oil before bed and listen to calming sounds. Most days it will work.
