C section vs natural delivery

Hello everyone, I am really worrying about my weight. I know normally the weight will go away after giving birth and also I heard it is harder to loose weight after having c section? Is it true on this? Mummies who had done c section.

I gain 22kg thru out pregnancy. C sec at 36 weeks. Lost all my weight 3 month pp. Breastfeeding is a good way to loose weight too.
