Hi everyone! I am a first time mother and I am now conceiving for 19weeks today. Any pieces of advice can you guys give. ???

Hi Mommy , Congratulations to your blessing. Well my advise is first you should have constant check up to you OB to make sure that your baby is healthy and the doctor can advice you thoroughly, what to eat, vitamins, what to do and not right thing to do interms of taking care of your health and of course your baby.

my OB recommended me of three vitamins, Calciumate, Hemarate FA and United Home Ferusolfate. And Also Anmum Materna Milk for two glasses a day.

Take every rest you can get for the big day. Stay healthy and always do your check ups. 😊 God bless
