I have been drinking sugar free soya milk, so far baby is growing well, I'm in my 3rd trimester (36 weeks actually), only gained 6kg, no GD, so I recommend really cut down on sugar and unnecessary weight gain.

Can request samples from the following brands, Friso mum, similac mum & Anmum. If maternal milk is not your thing, can go for Meiji milk. :) Do note that maternal milk does have quite abit of sugar in them.

Of course fresh ones in markets are most recommended but I couldn’t wake up obviously… so I went for Nutrisoy no sugar/low sugar 😄 Alternatively, you can get those machines to make your own soy milk! (motivation needed)
