Swollen breast

Hi everyone.. first time mum here.. wondering if u guys experienced swollen breast too and how long does it last? I’m currently 6 weeks and been having it all along.. any tips on how to manage it or reduce the swelling?

Hi, it’s normal:) I just left them alone. The glands are developing so they can produce milk for you next time. It should go off by about 2 weeks
