Symphisis pubic dysfunction

Hi everyone, anyone experiencing severe pelvic pain. I’m not able to walk and my husband has to help me to even bathe and pull me out of bed. When I tried to turn myself in bed, I would tear because it would be too painful. I’m chair bound now, and can’t do anything except to sit down. The pain is very excruciating . Anyone knows of remedies to help ease the pain. Doc has diagnosed me with SPD and he only gave me medications to ease the pain but it’s not helping. The only way where it gets better is when baby is delivered. I’m like 37 weeks 2 days now.
