Sa ngayon eat healthy foods and have enough rest. First trimester is important sa development ni baby. Mhirap kasi mgsuggest ng vitamins sayo since im not in the position to do so. Abangan mo na lng may mga online OB dito sa app and you may refer your concern to them. Baka kasi may iba ka pang nararamdaman at mabigyan ka ng tamang supplement. Take care!☺️
Hello po mommy... Eto po reseta sakin ni OB since 13 weeks up to now. Omega 3 lang not always since mahilig naman po ako sa fish. Currently 31 weeks preggy. Hiyang naman po sakin. Naturukan na din po ako ng TT1 and Flu that time. Hope this helps... Ingat po always.
