1mth poop durinv breastfeeding

hi everyome my 1mth old is always pooping while latching on breast isit normal ? he is a nicu baby so sometimes i breastfeed him & also feed him breadtmilk from bottle ... he doesnt poop during feeding when drinking from a bottle .. is this normal?

yes it’s normal. perhaps baby feels more comfortable when latching
