Every now and then I will feel super upset and depressed about my life. There isn't any big issue really, I don't even know if I'm kicking up a big fuss and being oversensitive. I'm thinking of going to see a counsellor but I'm afraid she will find my issues too trivial, and end up wasting everyone's time. Anyone have seen one before? How is it like?

There’s nothing wrong with talking to a counselor. No issue is too trivia. Please reach out for help so you can feel better. It’s already great for you to acknowledge something is not right that you should keep feeling upset every once in a while. The next step for you is to reach out to professionals for help.
