Ever since my little one arrived, my whole day feels like a blur of feeding, changing, burping, and rocking. By the time I sit down, it’s usually time to start all over again 😅. I didn’t realise how hard it would be to even find 10 minutes just for myself — sometimes I can’t even finish a cup of tea while it’s still hot!
