2nd trimester symptoms.

Entering into 2nd trimester and suddenly all the morning sickness is gone. Feeling insecure if the pregnancy is doing well. Still need to wait for a few more days before my next checkups. 🤔 Anyone feels the same?

2nd trimester is said to be the “honeymoon” period where everything is smooth no MS etc.. Don’t worry too much about it first since your appt is in a few more days. I personally had no MS or discomfort (other than difficulty breathing at third tri) thru out my pregnancy 😊.
