Pwede naman pong walang reseta ng OB yung pagbili ng Evening Primrose Oil. Available po yan sa mga botika pero mas advise po sa kin bumili sa Healthy Options. Kaso maramihan yung capsule sa healthy options. 60 capsules pataas yung laman ng bottle.

Mas maganda if yung hindi po nasa can. Processed po kasi yan unlike fresh fruits.
