Evening Primrose

Depende po sa reaksyon ng katawan natin mommy yung sa evening primrose.. Yung sa iba po effective.. Sa iba naman po walang effect.. Para sa akin po naging effective naman.. I started inserting po 4 capsules 3 times a day nung 37 weeks po ako.. Nanganak po ako ng 39 weeks and 2 days😊

yes, mas effective raw siya if iinsert sa pempem per night. sa'kin before 3x a day pero oral intake.
