Aspirin for preeclampsia

EDD August: 14w2d Any mummies taking aspirin due to having the risk of preeclampsia? I was prescribed aspirin and will have to consume it till 34 weeks. Kinda scared thinking of the risk. Any advice from mummies that took aspirin and have given birth? Did it help?

I hav been taking since week 8, doctor asked me to start due to my previous m/c and also my age.. and i need to take til week 36 (iirc).. Aspirin has been giving me gastric pain as and when.. what are the side effects for the baby?

So sorry for your m/c. Hope this pregnancy will go well for you! As for the side effects, Dr didn't explain. Probably something we could ask.
