what you do if feel giddy

Do u eat any medication when feel giddy? What did you do? Can lie down make it better by itself?

My wife avoided medicine, ate something, lay down and rest during her pregnancy. I wouldn't allow her do anything at home, all household chores, replenishment etc will be taken care by me. Hmm even till now. 🤔

U r a good hubby . My hubby not so good super lazy. I do all housework wash toilet etc n cooking til now. 21 weeks. Ya I also lie down. But scare if never subside how? Just worry
