i consume milk everyday at night until deliver, xkisah la fresh atau susu tepung...good for sembelit and give u extra energy during night

of course! any milk is ok as long as you are ok with the milk. even almond milk are good! benefits the baby u carrying in you.

I think if u can, try to avoid the flavoured milk for a while bcs the more u take sugar in ur drinks, higher chances to get diabetes during pregnancy. Sbb sy msa pregnant haritu tetiba dpt diabetes gdm 😅
