during pregnancy, isit a must to eat the medication that's being prescribed to you? example for vitamins and fish oil, cos i can't really swallow any pills for now. will it affect the baby?

I didn’t take any throughout pregnancy. Just tried to eat natural food with these vitamins. If you can eat a well balanced diet, you should be fine:)
