Chances of false positive?

Dulu nurse pernah bagitahu, fully breastfeed baby salah satu cara birth control 😅 and actually mmg consume contraceptive pill juga. Disebabkan October period datang dua kali, skip pill masa November ~~~ and here's the surprise 😅. Alhamdulillah. Tapi betul ke ni, ada chance false positive?

betul salah satu birth control adalah dgn breastfeeding baby. mean exclusively breastfeeding. baby hanya minum susu ibu sahaja. xde campur dgn yang lain. kalau ikot upt tu nmpk sama terang sgt..boleh cuba guna CB atau Dip n tell utk lebih kepastian awak
