Usually folic acid sa 1st trimester pero depende yan sa OB. Yung Ob ko kasi 6 weeks pa lang pinag prenatal vits na ko na Obmin plus once a day tas Calcium (Cecon calcium be 2x a day) at iron with folic (hemarate FA or iberet folic once a day wag isasabay sa pag inom ng calcium)

When I found that I'm pregnant Obimin Plus agad tinake ko. Tapos nung may budget na for check up hindi na pinalitan ni Ob. Nag add nalang siya ng Hemarate FA at Calciumade. & Milk pa pala.
Folic acid ka muna and drink milk for preggy. Mas nutritious yun kesa ordinary milk para sainyo ni baby. After ng lockdown, consult ka agad sa OB.
Take folic acid at least, un ibang vitamins naman normally after 3mos pa nirereseta. By that time siguro okay na at makakapagpacheck up kana.
