Braxton hicks

Due date 13/2. Harini baru 33w5d. Tapi dah mula rasa sakit-sakit. Tak kerap jadi assume braxton hick je ni. Walaupun dah anak ketiga tetap rasa nervous, takut. Dok pujuk baby sabar dulu dik jangan excited sangat nak keluar awal, mama awak tak kemas apa pun lagi ni. 😅😅 Anak sulung dulu lahir 38w, anak kedua lahir 36w. Debor pulak menghitung hari yang ni. 🤭

Haha mama, at 33 weeks with a pattern of delivering earlier (38w then 36w), your nervousness is totally valid! Braxton Hicks memang akan jadi lebih frequent now, especially dengan anak ketiga sebab body ingat je, tapi since you're feeling painful contractions, worth mentioning to your doctor at the next visit just to be safe, better to confirm it's BH and get peace of mind kan. A few of my mum friends in similar situations said once doctor confirm all good, the anxiety turun sikit even though the tightenings continue. Fingers crossed baby simmer down, tapi at least you know the drill lah this time!
