Pimple breakout

Dry facial skin with pimple breakout during first trimester. Any tips of how to reduce this?

i went to poly and they gave me cream to apply. and it works on my skin. as i had skin irritation while on my 1st trimester.

Most likely due to hormones. Try tea tree oil
