Oolong tea - highly caffeinated

Drank multiple brewed pots of oolong tea in a tea room. Only realised after that the caffeine in oolong is v high and consumption is not advised during pregnancy. I am 8 weeks pregnant. Is this ok?

I found out I was pregnant around 6 wks and was drinking coffee everyday prior to that. Now that you’ve found out, you can stop taking oolong tea!
