Hi there I want to ask anyone had any expereince with Dr Mary Tan as anesthetist ?How was it ?
Dr Yvonne lim wasn't available for my csec date.

Oh, Dr Mary Tan, she's actually quite well-regarded for C-sections, from what I've heard! A mum I know delivered at Mount Alvernia and said she was really reassured when Dr Mary Tan walked into the OT, describing her as chirpy and calm, which honestly makes such a difference when you're lying there feeling nervous. She practises at The Anaesthetic Clinic at Upper Thomson and covers both general and regional anaesthesia, so she's definitely experienced in obstetric cases. I'd say if Dr Yvonne Lim isn't available, Dr Mary Tan seems like a solid alternative rather than a compromise, though as with any anaesthetist, it's worth having a pre-op chat with her so you can ask your questions and get comfortable with her before the day itself.
