It is considered the earliest of full term. I assume there's a reason for the doctor to choose that. My first was a breech baby, and we discussed having it at week 39, but the baby decided to go out at week 38. As in, I started to have natural contractions at week 38.

37 weeks consider full term. I had elective c- sect. Doctor recommended 38weeks 1days onward. But I pick exactly 38weeks. Which is 1 day earlier than date that my gynae gave.

my doctor ask me to choose date between 38weeks-39weeks . but i chose to have csect at 37weeks 6 days

Nope it’s considered full term! Mine was recommended at 38weeks!

Mine was at 37+5! :) all the best!! ❤
