Ahhh I know that feeling, memang scary kan when cramps come at DPO4! A few of my mum friends mentioned they had cramping early on before they got their positive, so it could be implantation or just your body doing its thing, but honestly, at this stage it's so hard to tell because it feels exactly like period cramps. Best to just wait it out and see if AF comes or if you get a positive in a few days, then you'll have more clarity. Hang in there!
