Does your husband not allow you to go out when you are pregnant? I am 33 weeks and I feel okay to walk from afternoon till night and see2 but somehow he just nag about it.
maybe its ok but in moderation.. saglit na lakad is not bad unless may conditions ka at need nga mag bed rest.. mahirap din kasi manasin pag lagi nakaupo lang or higa..
I think if gynae never advise anything about having to minimize walking, I don’t see a reason why you cannot go out.
33 weeks and 2 days still working 😁 walking distance lang ang workplace ko , kaya exercise nadin na matuturing
32 weeks and until kaka 33 weeks ko na lakad ako tuwing night about 30-1 hour pero kasama ko hubby ko supportive sya.

Tamad ako lumakad. Kapag sinasabihan ako ng asawa ko mag lakad lakad tapos hindi ako pumayag papagalitan nya ko😂
