Baby fever

Does your baby throw up after being fed with paracetamol? How do you deal with the following medication feeds?

No. I use syringe to feed, and quickly give water afterwards I didn’t rush or give one shot also afraid baby will vomit. So I take my time , Example : if given 5ml . I give 2ml first , water, then 3ml, water

Use springe to feed very slowly. Do not give water for baby under 6mth.
