Does toddler FM expire within 4 weeks of opening the tin? Will the powder become lumpy and changes colour to a little black-ish?

If nagkaroon na ng discoloration at naging lumpy better na wag na ipainom nkalagay po yan as warning sa box or lata. For safety din po.
