Does teething lead to fever and diarrhea in babies??

There isn't any scientific link between teething and diarrhoe but it does bring about low grade fever. My daughter had mild fever each time she was teething and I would put on a fever patch at her forehead to bring the fever down instead of giving her paracetomol. However, if your child has a high fever, please bring her to the doctor as soon as possible.
