Tailbone pain in 20th Week

Does any Mummy also experience tailbone pain/coccydynia in your second/third trimester? Any remedies to help decrease the pain? For me, standing and walking is also painful, sitting down for a long period of time is also painful. #advicepls #pleasehelp #firstbaby

yes it’s quite common cos the uterus weight is pressing on the spinal nerve. i’m having it now too. can try to put herbal patch but once the weight shifts, the pain should subside.
