Does any mummies have other relief or solution to really bad constipation in 3rd trimester aside from the usual take more fruits/vege/fibre? (Which I’m trying) 🥲
I’ve been having bad tummy ache a few times a day but when I try to go I can hardly poop 🥲 The constipation situation is quite bad, not sure what else can I do 😭
