Not necessarily. The harmony test looks for some chromosomal abnormalities (to do with DNA) eg Down’s Syndrome, but even if it’s normal, it doesn’t mean the 20 week scan will be normal. That looks at organ development and growth, to look for abnormalities. Most babies will be fine, but please do go for the scan and the follow ups:)
