Does fenugreek cause engorgement ? I just took fenugreek and woke up to an engorged breast for both sides

Depends if you’re lucky, fenugreek works both ways, it can either increase your supply if you’re lucky or it decreases instead.
As a low supply mom, I feel so happy when there’s an engorgement.
