How effective are fenugreek seeds for breast milk supply? I heard it could be 50-50.. could be good or could be breast milk killer..

i noticed a dipped in supply after consuming fenugreek for 3 days. stopped taking it and hoping to boost back my supply by taking oat drinks instead 🤞🏻

It varies for individuals. I wouldn’t take fenugreek in case I’m the unlucky one which ended up dipping my supply instead 😅

Fenugreek helps to increase milk supply but at the same time it causes gas in babies.
