Enfamil

Does enfamil gentlease really help with gassy babies and reflux issues? Currently using enfamil a+ but my LO seem to vomit occasionally. Not sure if i should switch to enfamil gentlease..

Speak to your PD, they might recommend the Hypoallergenic (HA) range which is easier for LO to digest. My PD recommended Nan HA which worked for me.
