does bending down cause any harm to baby? like bend to take things, bend to sit down for a while?

Your fetus is protected by the amniotic fluid so bending down wont harm your fetus. It will just make you feel uncomfortable. Also, you can Google on what can or not harm your pregnancy. So many sites to see that will help
